Important Shipping Terms

• Customs & Duties: Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt to contact the recipient up to 3 times. If unreachable, the package will be returned to the sender.
• Failed Delivery & Returns: If a package is returned due to unpaid customs/taxes or failure to respond, full shipping and return fees will be charged to the customer.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to customs duties, outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any final refund.
